Helm
Amazon Seller Operations Platform

Helm turns Amazon Selling Partner data into daily decisions

Helm connects to a seller's Amazon Selling Partner API and Advertising accounts and presents sales, advertising, inventory, listing, and profitability data in a single dashboard — with a set of AI-assisted analysis tools available through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for sellers who use an AI assistant to work with their data.

What Helm does

One dashboard for the whole account

Helm currently operates for TapeGeeks Inc.'s own seller accounts (TapeGeeks and GearTOP) and a small number of pilot Amazon-seller clients onboarded directly by TapeGeeks Inc.

Sales & traffic reporting

Daily and weekly sales, units, sessions, and conversion by marketplace and ASIN, built from Amazon's Sales & Traffic and Search Query Performance reports.

Advertising performance

Sponsored Products/Brands campaign performance, spend, ACOS/TACOS, search-term analysis, and deterministic recommendations drawn from Amazon Advertising API data.

Inventory & fulfillment

FBA inventory levels, days-of-cover projections, and inbound shipment tracking, so a seller can see restock risk before it becomes a stockout.

Profitability

True per-SKU margin after Amazon fees, advertising spend, and the seller's own landed cost, using Amazon's Finances API alongside seller-supplied cost data.

Listing content & AI-shopping readiness

Reads a listing's title, bullets, description, and structured attributes via the Catalog Items API and scores how complete and search-aligned each listing is. Bulk attribute edits are proposed for review and validated against Amazon's own preview endpoint before a seller approves them — nothing is ever submitted without explicit, per-batch approval.

Reimbursement detection

Cross-references Amazon's FBA inventory ledger against reimbursement records to flag loss or damage events that may be eligible for a claim, so a seller knows what to file.

How access works

A seller stays in control

A seller authorizes Helm through Amazon's standard SP-API and Advertising API OAuth consent screens — or, where Amazon's public authorization isn't yet available for a given account, through Amazon's self-authorization flow inside that seller's own Seller Central account.

A seller can revoke Helm's access at any time from their own Amazon account settings.

Pricing

Quote-based, by account

Pricing depends on the number of Amazon marketplaces, brands, and optional modules (e.g. bulk listing writes, advertising automation) a seller needs. There's no public self-serve sign-up yet — every account is provisioned directly after a short onboarding conversation.
